Istanbul Airport (IST) Meet & Greet - Exit Gate No. 8, where you will meet your local guide/assistant.
-Departures are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 52 people. In the event that the sufficient number of participants for a specific departure is not reached, PT HOLIDAYS may merge clients with other groups gathered on-site while maintaining the same services and hotels scheduled in the program.
-Please be informed that, for organizational and operational reasons, the restaurants involved in the tour are unable to guarantee special menus for guests with specific dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian diets
- The itinerary may be subject to variation for technical reasons or site management.
- The phrase “or similar” for the hotels refers to the fact that we have blocked rooms in more than one hotel. The confirmation of the specific structures will be sent between 21 and 14 days before departure.
- Triple Room: consisting of one double bed or twin beds with an extra bed, such as a sofa bed or a small-sized folding bed.
- Breakfast on days 3 and 8 will be provided or not, depending on the transfer departure time and/or the hotel restaurant's opening hours. The hotels do not refund any amount for these missed breakfasts.
- Dinner on the first day cannot be served to clients arriving in Istanbul after 19:00. A cold plate or a sandwich will be served instead.
-The stages are described for informational purposes and may be modified or cancelled based on weather conditions.
- Walking Tour: This is organized with an English-speaking assistant who will accompany interested guests to Taksim Square and the Istiklal pedestrian street. Along the route, guests can view the following from the outside: the Flower Passage (Çiçek Pasajı), Galatasaray High School, St. Anthony of Padua Church, and finally, the Galata Tower. No entrance fees are included. Return is at your leisure; guests may use public transport (metro) or a taxi to return to the hotel.
- On the occasion of religious and national holidays or special events, local authorities may close streets, neighborhoods, or tourist monuments with only a couple of days' notice before the event. This may cause delays or the cancellation of visits to any monument or museum. PT HOLIDAYS does not refund any amount for missed visits.
- We recommend booking optional excursions through the local guide to properly coordinate the timing of the visits. Should guests choose to book through other channels or local suppliers, PT HOLIDAYS assumes no responsibility.
- Optional excursions by hot air balloon and/or jeep safari and/or other excursions are not part of the tour. These activities are organized by third parties who reserve the right to carry out the excursion in areas and valleys other than the traditional ones due to weather or traffic conditions.
-Legal and organizational responsibility lies solely with the excursion organizer, who has the discretion to define or change the price, itinerary, and booking or payment methods; these changes are in no way attributable to the tour operator. In the event of cancellation or failure to carry out the excursion, no refund will be provided unless otherwise indicated by the excursion organizer.
- Any increases in the fees for museums/archaeological sites or changes in tax rates may occur, and the relative differences may be reflected in the prices later on.
